Strathmore 400 Series Watercolor paper is an intermediate grade watercolor paper, popular with watercolorists of all levels because of the fine and even washes that can be achieved using this paper. It has a strong surface that will allow lifting and scraping applications. The natural white color and traditional cold press surface make it an ideal sheet for mastering watercolor techniques or for finished artwork.
This paper is acid free to ensure longevity and 140lb or 300 gsm thick. It is ideal to use with watercolours & gouache and can also be used for acrylic, oil, airbrush, mixed media, collage, drawing, pen & ink, oil pastel and marker.
