Escoda has developed a new range of Pinstriping & Longliner Brushes, which are designed by Necksbreaker.

The Longliner Sword Brush is ideal for making long & straight lines or not very pronounced curves. The long & flat shape allows artists to maintain the same width of the line without difficulty. Easier to make straight lines as well.

The Pinstriping Sword Brush is ideal for making complex designs of pinstriping. The shape of the hair & its length (somewhat shorter than usual) allows artists to make lines with different widths & curves.

The Signature & Detail Brush is ideal for detailing & signatures. The hair in the brush is Golden Toray, which is ideal for use with acrylics, inks, gouache, watercolours & many other mediums.

The handle of the brush is extra short & has a shiny varnished natural finish. The brush is made with squirrel hair. Squirrel hairs are the softest of all natural fine hairs and because of the hairs natural characteristics, they are the best in retaining liquid.

The process of designing and creating Escoda brushes in their factory begins and ends with brush artisans. Each brush is meticulously crafted by hand resulting in a brush that will be of service for years to come. A triple crimp (exclusive trademark design for Escoda) is applied to the brush ensuring a fixed ferrule that will remain in place for a lifetime of use. The brushes go through a curing process, original to the Escoda company, which consolidates and locks each hair in place creating a permanent brush shape, also known as ‘The Escoda Memory Process’. It also increases the natural spring of the brush and its ability to retain the original form / shape.
