Herbin Inks is the oldest and most popular inks. There Calligraphy and speciality inks include rich metallics and shimmering pearlescent inks designed to use with steel nib calligraphy pen, glass or quill pens and brushes. These inks are not for fountain pens.
Herbin Calligraphy Ink features rich and opaque colours made from natural resins allowing to adhere to metal nib but flows easily and consistently. This fade-proof ink maintains true dense colour. These are water-based, lightfast and can be used on any paper without feathering or bleeding.
Herbin Calligraphie Ink (“Encre De Calligraphie”) is available in 8 colours in 50 ML bottle with a pipette which makes it possible to optimize the filling of the penholder and to mix more easily the different colour inks.
